General terms & conditions
These terms apply to all purchases and orders made through Mickiofsweden.com.
You need to be over 18 years old to shop with us. By making a purchase or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and not under guardianship or any other limitation of your legal capacity.
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. The terms and conditions stated on Mickiofsweden.com at the time of your purchase or order are those that apply to your purchase or order.
All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to make printing errors on prices, specifications, etc.
By placing an order with us, you consent to our transferring the processing of your payment to a third party, such as the payment provider Klarna.
Shipping & Delivery
We normally ship your toys the next working day after you place your order, and most packages are delivered to your delivery address within 2-10 days. Shipping is free when the total price of your order is over 150£, otherwise it costs 14.9£.
With the United Kingdom no longer a part of the EU, there are a number of new regulations that come into force.
Orders under 135 GBP: UK customers will pay UK VAT rates in our store on orders up to 135 GBP. No additional taxes or import fees should be applied to those orders when they enter the UK.
Orders of 135 GBP and above: UK customers will pay full price (including VAT) both in the store as well as pay VAT and import tax before the package is delivered. The payment will be made to UPS and they will provide you with more information upon delivery.
In other words, to make everything as simple as possible, it is better to place two separate orders that each total is less than 135 GBP than one large order totaling more than 135 GBP.
We deliver to all EU countries, Norway and United Kingdom. Within the EU, with the exception of Sweden and Norway, packages are delivered by DHL and local partners. In the United Kringdom packages are deliverd by UPS. You can read more about the delivery and how to track your package in your delivery confirmation.
If any of the products in your order are not in stock, delivery may take longer. If your delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge. In that case, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you don’t pick up your package from your chosen service point, it will be sent back to us. You will be charged 19.9£ for return shipping and handling. You can read more about the conditions of collection at UPS website.
Damage in transit
There is always a risk that an item might get damaged during transit. It’s therefore very important that you check the goods immediately upon receiving them. Make sure that any visible external transit damage is noted on your delivery note by the person delivering your order. If you discover transit damage only after you’ve opened the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Contact us at email@example.com regarding all transit damage and attach pictures that clearly show the damage. Notifications of transit damage must be received by us as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, and you don’t have to tell why you changed your mind. If you regret your purchase and want to return the product or products to us, just fill in the form below. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with information on how to return your product to us.

Once we’ve received your returned items, you’ll receive a refund of the cost via Klarna. The cost of return shipping is 5.9£, and this is automatically deducted from your refund amount. If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it’s important that you move the due date forward yourself. You can do this in the Klarna app, on klarna.se, or by calling +46 8-120 120 10.

You have the right to complain about faults in the products you buy from us. Report the problem as soon as you can after discovering it, and no more than three years from the time you received the product. Complaints can be made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post at:

Please provide your customer number or invoice number for the fastest possible service.
Return the product to us at the postal address above. When we receive your faulty product, we’ll examine it with your description of the fault in mind. If we accept your complaint, we will in the first instance repair the product or deliver a new one. Alternatively, we’ll refund you all or part of the cost of the product. We will also cover any costs you incur for shipping or anything else related to the complaint, provided you can show us receipts. Please keep in mind that we only reimburse incurred costs that we deem reasonable.
It is important that you describe the fault in the product carefully when you make a complaint. If, after our investigation, we can’t find any faults or believe that they are due to the product having been misused, we won’t be able to approve your complaint, and you’ll be required to pay for the shipping and the cost of examining the product.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method you used when placing the order. In some cases, we may ask you for account information or similar information in order to refund you.
Colours & pictures
We always strive to provide you with images, textures, and other details about our products that correspond to the real look of the product. However, colour reproduction and other details are different on different computers, tablets, phones, and monitors. As such, we can’t guarantee that the image material and other product information available on our website is an exact representation of the product’s actual appearance.
We reserve the right, even after a purchase has been completed, to subsequently correct incorrect information regarding a particular product, its price, delivery information, or stock levels. In cases in which an incorrect price has been stated, we have the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid for the product.
If a product in our range cannot be delivered, you have the right to a full refund.
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations in which force majeure can be applied.
All information and images on Mickiofsweden.se belong to us or our partners. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, product names, images, graphic representations, and texts. If you wish to use content from Mickiofsweden.com for purposes other than your own private use, please contact us for approval.
If you have a complaint about our products or services, we ask you that you first contact our customer service. If we can’t reach an agreement, feel free to contact the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution.
