Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, and you don’t have to tell why you changed your mind. If you regret your purchase and want to return the product or products to us, just fill in the form below. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with information on how to return your product to us.

Once we’ve received your returned items, you’ll receive a refund of the cost via Klarna. The cost of return shipping is 14.9€, and this is automatically deducted from your refund amount. If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it’s important that you move the due date forward yourself. You can do this in the Klarna app, on klarna.se, or by calling +46 8-120 120 10.
