Factory Shop staff

The Micki Factory Shop is run in collaboration with government programs that help people with developmental disorders, autism, or other neuropsychiatric disabilities, or who have suffered permanent brain injuries, into work in Växjö Municipality, Sweden.

“Having the opportunity to work in the shop is a new step in the lives of these people. The fact that they’re able to learn constantly by trying new tasks with the help of a supervisor builds their self-confidence. They learn how to live well here,” says Peter Jacobsson, a supervisor from Växjö Municipality.
