  • When will my order be shipped?
    We try to ship your toys on the next working day after you order them, and they’ll be delivered to your delivery address within 3-10 days. We deliver to all EU countries, Norway and United Kingdom.
  • How do I pay?
    You pay safely and securely with card payments from Klarna.
  • How do I return an item?

  • How do I cancel my order?

  • What happens to my payment when I return an item?
