Shipping & Delivery

With the UK no longer a part of the EU, there are a number of regulations that have come into force. For all orders of 135 GBP and above, UK customers will have to pay an additional import tax in order to get their package delivered to the UK. The payment will be made to UPS and they will provide you with more information upon delivery.

We normally ship your toys the next working day after you place your order, and most packages are delivered to your delivery address within 2-10 days. Shipping is free when the total price of your order is over 130£, otherwise, it costs 14.9£.

We deliver to all EU countries, Norway and the United Kingdom. Within the EU, with the exception of Sweden and Norway, packages are delivered by DHL and local partners. In the United Kingdom packages are delivered by UPS. You can read more about the delivery and how to track your package in your delivery confirmation.

If any of the products in your order are not in stock, delivery may take longer. If your delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge. In that case, contact us at hello@micki.se. 

If you don’t pick up your package from your chosen service point, it will be sent back to us. You will be charged 19.9£ for return shipping and handling. You can read more about the conditions of collection at the UPS website.
